At Mika's Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely.
1. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination, but typically take 5 to 10 business days for Europe and the United States, and up to 30 days for the rest of the world. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it at any time.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. The delivery cost shown at checkout will always be $0, wherever we ship. You just pay for your items and nothing more.
4. Taxes, Duties & Customs
All our prices are tax-inclusive (TTC): the price you see is the final price you pay. There are no additional taxes, import duties, or customs fees on delivery, wherever you are in the world.
5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at contact@mikasshop.com within 7 days of the delivery date. If your package arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage and the packaging within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to peak seasons, customs processing or carrier issues. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us at contact@mikasshop.com and we will gladly help.
