Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. For orders under EUR 35 (CHF 35 in Switzerland) we refund you without requiring a return. For orders of EUR 35 or more, return shipping is at your expense and we will send you the return address and instructions. Where a return applies, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days.
