Returns and right of withdrawal
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. How returns work
- Small orders (under $35, or under EUR 35 in the EU and CHF 35 in Switzerland): in most cases we will refund you without asking you to ship the item back. You may keep or donate it. This keeps things simple for small orders.
- Orders of $35 or more (EUR 35 or more in the EU, CHF 35 or more in Switzerland): we will send you instructions to return the item to Rue Jean-Prouve 15, 1762 Givisiez, Switzerland. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right at our expense (replacement or refund), return shipping included.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have a question about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return and, once it is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The 14-day period runs from the day you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. To exercise this right, use our withdrawal page or contact us at contact@mikasshop.com. The conditions above apply (item in its original condition, proof of purchase). For orders of EUR 35 or more (CHF 35 in Switzerland), return shipping is at your expense; for orders under EUR 35 we refund you without requiring a return. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, where a return applies, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@mikasshop.com.
